Chateau La Mer II is Destin's Family Affordable Beach Resort.  We are located in the Crystal Beach area of Destin near the newest Shopping and Restaurant centers and minutes from the Outlet Mall.  On five beautifully landscaped acres, we offer tennis, a heated pool, basketball goal and children's play area with picnic tables and grills.  We are approximately 1000 feet from our private beach access, about a 3 or 4 minute walk.  Our condos are spacious and feature full kitchens, TVs with DVDs, ceiling fans and private patios. We offer a 15% military discount.  Our Clubhouse is available for our Guests use.
